Kevin has been nothing short of exceptional in helping my fiancée and I find and purchase our first home. For some of the other houses we toured, Kevin also had a [crazy-good] eye for certain details about the state of the structure and always gave honest and straightforward advice that helped us avoid potential pitfalls, making the entire experience far less daunting than we had feared at first. Things I would have never even thought to check for - he'd point it out and it'd be such a "duh" moment, but he never made us feel dumb for not knowing something. I don't believe for a second that he would have ever let us buy a [garbage] home just for the sale.
And his support hasn't ended with the closing! He's continued to offer both valuable advice and even help with setting-up appointments with various contractors he personally knows around the area for various repair items (even after we've moved in), helping us settle into our new home comfortably. He knows we have absolutely no idea what we're doing, and even though home-buying can be insanely stressful, I feel he's done everything in his power to make the process as easy as possible. Even at the end of all of this, I know he'd be cool with us reaching out with other questions. You can tell he loves what he does.

I seriously would give an infinity amount of stars if I could! Kevin is amazing at what he does. He definitely had a challenge with me as time was of the essence to find a home within a very short time period. Not to mention, I’m from out of state so I really did not know the area at all.
