Kevin has been nothing short of exceptional in helping my fiancée and I find and purchase our first home. We're completely new to the home-buying process, and we were incredibly anxious at first, but he has made (and continues to make) every step of the journey smooth, manageable, and understandable.
He's been incredibly patient with us, answering all our questions (regardless of how small or, frankly, dumb) and guiding us through each stage with a clarity and professionalism that rivals any expert in any field. His knowledge of this market and the city's surrounding areas was impressive (we've recently moved here), and he provided us with a range of options that fit our not only our budget, but what we had in mind for both the house itself, as well as the surrounding area and how it would best suit a family just starting off.
Ultimately, one night my fiancée and I were online window-shopping after a few duds and found a house that had been posted online for... less than an hour. I gave Kevin a call on his cell and he reached out to the seller's agent and got us set-up with a showing that very next day. We have pretty packed/varying work schedules, but Kevin has worked with both of us through every scheduling hurdle.
He's always been available, and always took genuine time to ensure we felt confident in our decisions. The three of us had a group chat set up, and that open line of communication has been vital to helping us feel like we were going to make it through all of this.
For some of the other houses we toured, Kevin also had a [crazy-good] eye for certain details about the state of the structure and always gave honest and straightforward advice that helped us avoid potential pitfalls, making the entire experience far less daunting than we had feared at first. Things I would have never even thought to check for - he'd point it out and it'd be such a "duh" moment, but he never made us feel dumb for not knowing something. I don't believe for a second that he would have ever let us buy a [garbage] home just for the sale.
And his support hasn't ended with the closing! He's continued to offer both valuable advice and even help with setting-up appointments with various contractors he personally knows around the area for various repair items (even after we've moved in), helping us settle into our new home comfortably. He knows we have absolutely no idea what we're doing, and even though home-buying can be insanely stressful, I feel he's done everything in his power to make the process as easy as possible. Even at the end of all of this, I know he'd be cool with us reaching out with other questions. You can tell he loves what he does.
If you’re looking for a realtor who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about your experience, Kevin is your go-to person. We couldn’t be happier with our new home, and it’s all thanks to this guy's hard work and expertise. I have recommended him to every person I know who has even mentioned looking for a new house around here.

I seriously would give an infinity amount of stars if I could! Kevin is amazing at what he does. He definitely had a challenge with me as time was of the essence to find a home within a very short time period. Not to mention, I’m from out of state so I really did not know the area at all.
Every step, I had 100% trust in him and felt like he was always focused on the good for my life and my future!

Kevin listened and knew everything in detail of what I wanted in my new home. He was always ahead of the game when it came to house hunting. He sent me listings frequently and we didn’t stop until we found exactly what I was looking for.
Kevin was great with providing pros and cons to certain houses when he would show properties. He has a great eye and pays attention to all details when showing properties.
He was also helpful with ideas to spruce up my house without spending an arm and a leg for updates. My house itself was pending sale within 3-5 days of listings with showings booked daily.
I would recommend Kevin, he has your best interest. I still turn to him for advice, see where I currently stand with purchasing a house and look forward to my next house hunt and purchase with him!
